RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 21 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

To return your product for a refund you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping products that are valued at more that $50, we do recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.

We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. INSURANCE is available to add to any order and is recommended for any order you can't afford to lose. In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; You are responsible to file the claim with USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit.
